TRANSIT SERVICE CONTRACT · DELHI NCR

Terms of Transit Service & Dispatch Conditions

Effective: November 1, 2026 · Version 2.1 (Production Single-Origin)
Official Transit Operations & Safety Liaison

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Smart Public Bus tracking, ticketing liaison, and AIS-140 emergency safety system (Team Qubits / pranshusharma.tech), designed for passengers and transit conductors across Delhi NCR.

1. Real-Time Transit Telemetry & Open Data Notice

Bus locations, ETAs, crowd densities, and seat probabilities are calculated from Open Transit Data feeds published by the Transport Department, Government of NCT of Delhi (DTC and DIMTS). While our edge simulator and GPS smoothing filters run continuously, transit delays caused by traffic congestion, diversions, or equipment outages are advisory in nature.

2. Emergency SOS & AIS-140 Police Dispatch (112)

The Silent SOS trigger initiates a high-priority dispatch packet to Delhi Police Emergency (112) and the DTC Central Command & Control Centre (CCC). To eliminate false alarms, a 5-second buffer is enforced during which the passenger can cancel the dispatch. Intentionally triggering false emergency dispatches is prohibited under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Conductor Ticketing & Fare Validation

Digital tickets issued via the conductor application (Cash / UPI QR) reflect official DTC fare stages. Passengers must retain their digital or printed ticket until alighting for random inspections by authorized DTC flying squads.

4. Anonymous Public Trip Sharing

Public trip tracking links (/t/[token]) generated by passengers expire automatically after 3 hours. Anyone possessing the link may view vehicle coordinates, speed, and ETA. Do not share live links on public social media channels if personal privacy is required.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

Smart Public Bus and Team Qubits shall not be liable for missed connections, transit delays, or third-party telecom carrier interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
