This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal and telemetric transit data by Smart Public Bus (Team Qubits / pranshusharma.tech), operating as a Data Fiduciary in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Ticket serial numbers, fare amounts, payment modes (UPI / Cash), and duty timestamps retained for statutory audit compliance.
